Rachel is a very friendly and welcoming person. She has solved my issue with my feet with one visit compared to many trips to a doctor with no clear solution, apart from harsh steroid cream. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve worked on my feet for 19 years. I have fallen arches and have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis. Over the last year my feet/ankles have been in agony after 3 hours into a 10 hour shift. I became used to the pain but would have to take pain killers and would find it excruciating to walk after a long shift (even wearing quality comfortable footwear for work). I even resorted to going to the doctor to possibly have x rays I was that concerned.As I was having another treatment with Rachel, I discussed this and she recommended having a medical pedicure. At this stage I thought ‘what have I got to lose’?!Well....after one treatment...my pain level at work has gone from 10/10 to about 3. I was no longer in constant pain, I no longer had to take pain killers. The difference was just remarkable. I’ve had a 2nd medical pedicure this week (roughly 6 weeks after 1st)...and my pain level is at 1 (which after a 10-12 hour shift I think anyone would expect). This has been totally life changing and I cannot thank Rachel enough. She’s brilliant. Thoroughly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend KoKo! The whole family has been - teenage facials, medipedis and adult facials - all excellent. Rachel skillfully combines pampering with effective treatment with great service, too.
