The Spa At Ashford International

I had an over night stay. Rooms are okay. However, floors were not clean (vacuumed before our arrival), no fridge in the room. Restaurant food was awful. Food arrived minutes after ordering so clearly heated up and the quality of it was very disappointing. Will not be returning

Hotel very nice ...treatments are good and value for money...staff attentive (there was 10 of us at the spa) the lunch was amazing( my favorite part) we all had a lovely time and came out chilled would return there

Went for spa weekend. Food - below average. Massage - average. Spa facilities - average (busy). Went for birthday treat, but there wasn't anything to feel special.

Fantastic spa break! Great value for money, lovely rooms, good food and great service. Spa facilities adequate too but gets busy in pool with kids later in day though which makes it less chillax.

I had a great experience with The Spa at Ashford International Hotel - Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had the full body deep tissue massage and it was very relaxing, but also a great tension reliever - the pressure was perfect and the masseuse was fantastic... just what my body needed. We also had the Spa lunch, which was delicious - a great finish to a wonderful morning.

Really nice staff that are helpful and polite. The gym has great equipment and is a good temperature for training. The only down side is the mens changing room which is in need of refurbishment. Overall I would recommend if you want to train without interruption.

Stayed there for one night.Outwardly looks very clean and modern and very welcoming staff. The room although very nice and spacious, did feel a little bit dated. Nothing major, just little bits here and there that you slowly notice; a strip of trim missing here, water stains on the ceiling and so on.The food in the restaurant was REALLY REALLY good.Overall a nice and pleasant stay and I would recommend.

Staff were ok but the place is run down including the spa which was disappointing. Broken tiles, cracked glass in a door. Even the shower cubicle wall was damaged. The whole place needs a refurb!

A friend treated me to a spa experience which was done by a young lady called Chloe A. She deserves an amazing review as my spa experience was made incredibly special because of her. I had a back and leg massage and it was exceptional. Words cannot describe this phenomenal experience. Her massage techniques were just superb. She remained professional and calm throughout the entire experience. I quickly drifted off to sleep and felt completely relaxed. If you desire an extraordinary and remarkable experience, please request her upon booking. I will return in a heart beat and will be taking an entourage. Thank you very much Chloe A for making my day extra special, with positive lasting memories. All the very best in your future endeavours. I hope one day that you would have your own spa. It will certainly be a success.

Be careful signing up for a 6 week spa trial membershipI was told I had to give my bank details & commit to a 12 month corporate membership which starts the day after the 6 week trial period endsI was advised if I emailed a letter cancelling the 6 week trial on its end date the other 12 month membership would not start!!I emailed and got two replies saying they’d cancel they will pass my cancellation request to the relevant personTHIS WAS NOT DONE!!So I called head office and spoke to Brian who advised me I shouldn’t have had to give bank details or sign up to a 12 month corporate membership!!! He said the spa staff did that to get commission????I had to cancel the 6 week trial within first 14 days or I would’ve been stuck with a further year membership!!!Be aware as it is only meant to be a 6 week offer!!!Hopefully the staff will get some training and not try to scam anyone else!!!
