To be fair my description and the photos did not show the gravity of the situation , so when Brandon arrived at the allotted time he determined he did not have the correct equipment for the job. Jody set an appointment for the following week when the task was completed to my satisfaction.Would definitely recommend from my experience with Invictus.

Second time using Invictus and same amazing results as the first. We’ve had a lot of renovation work going on and with a little one and a dog our carpets were filthy.Jody and Brendan have managed to bring them up brand new and the smell is lovely! Feels like a whole new fresh room.Thank you ☺️

From doing some research I had a good feeling about Invictus Professional Cleaning, especially being a family run business, and they didn’t let us down. Jody and Brendon deep cleaned our tiled floors, carpets and kitchen prior to moving into our new home and the results were better than we could have imagined! They were also very friendly, kind and professional from start to finish; we even got a moving in card! Thanks for everything guys, would recommend you in a heartbeat. Absolutely amazing! I’ve used several companies over the years but these guys knock spots off of them all. I don’t normally leave reviews but I am so impressed, I had to let everyone know.I thought I was going to have to replace the carpets as there were some pretty nasty stains which had accumulated over some time. We talked over everything first, kept in touch until the agreed date. They let me know when they were on their way and an approximate time they would arrive at mine. They even contacted me after the job had been completed to see if I was still happy with everything.After Invictus had finished, it didn’t only look like I had new carpets but they smelt great too.Brilliant job, thank you.

I used Invictus Professional Cleaning for the end of tenancy cleaning of our 6 bedroom house. They did an amazing job! Although we ended up paying slightly more than the initial quote, there was a good reason for this and equally they were amazing at communicating their reasons and progress with us at all points of the clean!
