I am so relieved to have found Aarti, my new GP at ‘your private doctor’ practice.I found the experience very easy and comfortable, being able to communicate my mental, hormonal and aesthetic health. My health goals and how to manage and take control of how I feel.Aarti made me feel very relaxed and completed a thorough and comprehensive assessment at a very reasonable price. We chatted about the results and ongoing recommendations.I will certainly be recommending this practice to family and friends.

Dr Aarti Narayan-Denning is a highly professional expert in her field. I have been to her for a few years now and her guidance and advice and honest speaking has helped me immensely.She has recently done a full health and hormone review (Enhanced Well Woman Plus Endocrine (Hormones) and Nutrition) with me and her detailed tests and a full hour discussing the results, she looked at my long term symptoms, energy levels, hormones, weight management and general health issues. Basically the things we used to be able to get from a traditional family doctor, but not anymore.She also explains what all the results mean, why they are important and explaining that I am menopausal has been very insightful.I didn't know whether I was peri-menopausal, or in menopause or had finished and whether I was hormonally balanced and Dr Aarti has made it all clear and we have no adapted my HRT to ensure I am in tune with my bodies needs.Dr Aarti has a great personal style and puts you at ease throughout, she is supportive, understanding and a kind, caring no nonsense approach and advice is perfect and I cannot recommend her highly enough.Her clinic is just minutes away from Winchester and is in a lovely setting as you head towards Twyford and the whole service is fast, efficient and professional from start to finish. Having long waits and consultations with my NHS GP and then having to go through musculoskeletal physiotherapy for weeks, the pain and swelling in my right knee was continuing to get worse and was very debilitating. I had a very thorough private consultation with Aarti regarding the issues I was having with my right knee. She quickly diagnosed that I needed urgent surgery (no amount of physiotherapy would ever have resolved this). Aarti made a comprehensive referral to a secondary care consultant and I have now had the required surgery and am pain free. Aarti is professional and thorough in her consultations, she quickly put me at ease with her kind and empathetic manner and really listened to me. She was recommended to me by a friend, which was also reassuring. I am so grateful to Aarti and thankful that I used her private consultation service.

I cannot recommend Dr Aarti and the team at Our Private Doctor more. Meeting Aarti was one of the first times I felt listened to and acknowledged for the worries and symptoms I've been experiencing. Aarti is reassuring, kind thorough and knowledgeable. The difference between an appointment here and an NHS GP appointment is monumental. You actually have time to talk, discuss things and make a plan that encapsulates all of your issues. The NHS is so underfunded and short staffed, i lay no blame with the professionals working within it but seeminglythere just isnt the resources or time to get to the bottom of things swiftly. Yes it costs money to see dr Aarti but it is a small price for such an outstanding service.

Dr Aarti and her lovely team have given me the best support / care and focus that no other health care practitioner has ever shown me. Dr Aarti always takes the extra mile in ensuring that she gets to the bottom of the problem and helps with a solution and support. She is extremely friendly and positive. I feel 100% comfortable in talking to Dr Aarti and knowing that my health is in her hands. Ever since I met Dr Aarti, my whole family have switched to seeing her and we truly wouldn’t go see a different doctor now. I feel that Dr Aarti makes you remember why a person becomes a doctor - because she truly cares while having an honest passion for her job which is what being a brilliant doctor is all about. I just also wanted to add that her staff are extremely welcoming and lovely also.

Unwell for a while, low physically & mentally; all joy and care for life was slipping away, I had no fight left. I was seeing specialists for broken bones, for perimenopause, for pain, but had never really considered doing the same for a ‘GP’ (……partly I guess, because the clue is in the job title??).…But then I found Aarti, who not only offers a vast skill set, but who also offers time, (which is something we generally don’t get, whether it’s from an under-pressure NHS GP, or an appointment with an equally under-pressure private consultant).When was the last time you were able to talk through ALL your symptoms, and medical history with one person??This was my main problem, and Aarti was the missing part of the puzzle.I needed someone who could absorb all the details, all the history, step back, and ‘join the dots.’Aarti’s wealth of experience allows her to look at the whole picture and see how one thing affects another, looking at you as a whole, rather than merely the sum of all your parts.This is one thing that really jumped out, for me:“Yes, your bloods show XYZ is low, but it’s within the normal reference range …. However, it might not be normal for you…..”YOU…and that makes ALL the difference.So, with a quirky, wonderful, bedside manner, Aarti has spent time with me, talked to me, looked at all the different things that could, when all put together, contribute to making me feel wretched.We’ve reviewed and made changes of lifestyle, treatments, and medication: One thing at a time; evaluating what has worked, (and what has not), until finally I am in a place where I feel I am re-joining life again…. And really, I love life, its great! I want to be a part of it again, rather than apart from it, because I feel so unwell.So please, please, if you are suffering and need some help – spent some time with Aarti, I know it sounds rather dramatic, but she has been my saviour.
