Kentish Town Post Office

There is an older man who works at this Post Office who has shown me nothing but rudeness every single time I have been served by him over the past two years. I already before today dreaded entering the post office, but today I witnessed such appalling behaviour that I have resolved never to visit here again.I joined the queue about 5:20pm. Five minutes before closing, the post office man walks down the queue and tells the woman behind me that she must tell anyone else that joins the queue that they will not be served (an entirely inappropriate request of a customer). A couple of other people then join and the woman behind me doesn't pass on the message, likely because she feels quite uncomfortable tell strangers to leave a post office. The post office man then comes down the queue and shouts in the face of one of the men further down the queue I will not serve you!!". The man of course takes this as a personal attack. The post office man then turns to the woman behind me and shouts at her "I told you to tell anyone behind you they were not being served!". She is clearly upset. Another woman then walks up to look at the cards

I visited the post office a couple of weeks back and arrived 15 minutes after the closing hours. Luckily, the team there still supported me with getting my package returned and were very friendly. The team is very efficient and big thanks for helping me out!

The worst customer service I have ever received in a POST OFFICE! The rudest cashiers I've encountered in my experience at a post office. Not welcoming or greet back when spoken to. The woman at the front counter by the entrance and the old most miserable man at the back counter. He was so disrespectful, dashed my ID card and my order at me. He couldn't even place it on the counter like a normal customer assistant" who serves customers. I will be reporting this post office."

I’ve never had an issue with the service at this post office. I’ve witnessed them deal with some difficult customers, especially the ones that don’t like to use their brain. Bhavesh service is 10/10.Updated 29/06/2023The new guys are the opposite, service is poor , please bring up the old guys who use to work here Last year.

I returned a parcel this morning and the staff were extremely rude because the label was coming off slightly. I left upset and will not be returning.

A guy named Suman helped me when I was pulling out a lump sum of money he actually taught me something new with my bank app. I was able to withdraw a larger amount of money with his help. Thank you Suman (I hope I spelt his name correctly sorry if I did not) he was the Asian man at the reception post

One of the older men working at the post office is extremely rude and inpatient. He is like that every time I visit. One time I had 3 parcels to post and he told me to put them on the scale one by one, I was getting up my barcode to scan at the same time and no more than 2 second later he said angrily “I said, put the parcels one by one on the scale” so I told him “yes I know”. After everything was done he only gave me two receipts and left, as there were 3 parcels I was expecting 3 receipts but I wasn’t sure so I waited for a bit since he didn’t say “thank you” or “that’s all thanks, bye”. When he came back he looked visibly annoyed and said “you can go!!” I was like ????? Okay?Absolutely the worst customer service, I really hope this guy gets a warning because it’s ridiculous.

The service was polite.The exchange of £ to euros was ridiculous as I couldn’t order them online as the amount was too small. I won’t use the post office again to get my travel money.

I recently came to the Post Office with a situation that needed sorting out immediately with my car. Suman helped and was absolutely incredible. I strongly recommend and am thankful for his help!
