Within minutes of meeting Janet you will realise what an animal lover she is! Our two dogs, Oscar and Murphy, absolutely love being looked after by Janet. She is trustworthy and reliable and will go out of her way to help out. I have no hesitation in recommending her for all your pet’s needs.

Very rude owners

Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional. Caught on my home CCTV bringing our dog back in under an hour (circa 50 mins). We pay for an hour and she is taken by van 15 mins away to be walked, therefore only received circa 20 mins at best.When confronted a very poor explanation was provided along the lines of she was taken to a nearby farm to be walked with another dog as she was in season, yet did not do this any other day and still received less than an hour even if that was the case.It was then said later on that ‘I haven’t charged your for today anyway’ - but then fraudulently charged us for the full hour.This may seem like a small issue, however this is fraud plain and simple and an abuse of trust.You put your trust in someone to look after your pet, you pay them high rates as they promote themselves as ‘professional, experienced and caring,’ however what you receive from this company lacks all of that I’m afraid to say.I will be checking back to see if this has happened previously.On a separate and much more serious issue, a legal claim is pending.Needless to say that we no longer use this company as we feel this is the best way to ensure the health, safety and overall wellbeing of our dog

Jan is absolutely lovely and great at looking after our Brodie, you can clearly see Jan has a close bond and a connection with animals, i would highly recommend Jan for her dog walking and animal care services.

I couldn’t recommend Janet highly enough! She took the greatest care of our Labrador, Marley, and I was extremely satisfied with the brilliant service given. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pleasant, reliable, punctual dog walker/carer. 10/10
