MOT failure on number plate lights was rectified by a repair to wiring at minimal cost by the collective staff team and a wonderful technician.Service was over and above the usual high standard.

Our car got hit by a lorry leaving the ferry at Cairnryan. The back wheel took the brunt of it and we wanted to get the wheel and tyre checked out before travelling on to our final destination. These guys were great, helped us out immediately and ensured the car was roadworthy to enable us to continue on our holiday. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Kwik Fit - Ayr - Maybole Road
Took over 2 hours to change 2 tyres, wasnt once told they were running behind. It was 1 hour from my appointment that the work was started. They then forgot i had booked alignment check, and it clearly needed it as the outside of my tyre was bald. Was then told it would take another hour and a half and £110 oh no, £115 for it to be corrected. I left. Would never use again. They never even told me they were running behind time wise either.

Went to Kwik Fit this morning after being ripped off by another garage.The staff, Stephen and Andrew could not have been more helpful. I really appreciated their time, honesty and professionalism.I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again guys

Had aslignment done twice and my car still wasn't driving straight then had me go somewhere else that wasn't a kwickfit garage to fix it and I emailed customer services and got told they would be be refunding me as the cars now driving properly after the other business fixed in 5 mins which took them 2 attempts too fix should have known not to go there I've learned my lesson

Fantastic service from these guys at Kwikfit. Car was in for a MOT and new brakes (car was actually booked in with another garage for MOT) but previous week son got his car MOT’d here and so switched to these guys as such great service. My go to garage in future.
