I had a consultation, then went for my appointment she burnt me with the straighteners, hair isn’t even level had to go get it cut again…! the house smelt of strong smoke (cigarettes) very unhygienic and very unprofessional, no Covid precautions in place not even a window open. Save your money and avoid- she didn’t even offer a refund

Susan is everything you’d get in town but in a lovely homely environment for a fraction of the price.Her colouring skills are unbelievable and her ability to just mix colours to get the right shade is effortless. She listens to what you want and will always advise based on her experience.I love going to Susan, not only for my hair but for a lovely catch up.Xx
