Avoid this company!I purchased a gents' leather shoulder bag for £10.95 via eBay but, it was delivered faulty having two blemish marks in the leather.I returned the bag for a full refund to the return address provided, but was charged £3.65 for postage, despite their policy stating 'Seller pays for return shipping' as well eBay's policy stating a refund is due when goods are delivered faulty.
