We ordered some donuts for our gathering. Packaging was good. Donut taste was very normal, nothing special and it was not very fresh. I had a better donuts from other companies before.

Oh my god love the doughnuts ! The staff lady was really nice. It tastes like fried dough unlike supermarket cardboard doughnuts. Good flavour selection my only quibble is that it is just a little too sweet.

Best fresh donuts I’ve had in years. YUM! I’ve got a thing for warm ones kept meaning to try this place after smelling them walking by. First off I thought £4.95 for 5 fresh ones was expensive till I was handed the bag and saw they was huge full size donuts. The comments mentioning more expensive than dinky yes they are but they are twice the size. Service was fast and polite. They was freshly cooked in front of me in a few minutes and perfectly sugared. Got a decent paper carrier bag and lots of napkins. I reheated the left over 2 in the oven later and they was just as perfect. Couldn’t have been better

Stone Ground Donuts
I stopped off here yesterday with my husband; I had the donut bites with milk and white chocolate, and my husband had the donut dippers with salted caramel sauce. Oh my lord - they were AMAZING! Donuts are my favourite dessert and they met every expectation and then some. They were warm and fresh and with just enough sauce. Service surprisingly quick, especially considering West Quay was absolutely rammed due to being so close to Christmas!

I had a hair on one of my donut dippers and my caramel sauce cup was barely even filled up to 1/4 of the cup. Not good.

OMG best donuts ever. Was honestly not expecting much as they’re not that expensive so figured they’d be cold or tough. But instead we got hot fluffy soft delicious donuts and a choc sauce to dip them in! It got messy.

Delicious donuts made fresh. A bit more expensive than Dunkin Donuts but it is worth it specially if you want something less industrial and more handmade.

Stone Ground Donuts
Visited the West Quay branch, and found it to be excessively expensive for the quality offered. The actual donuts were dense and lacked flavor. I wouldn't consider going there again, especially after spending close to £11 on just four doughnuts in two tubs.
