Deli slicer broke after a few weeks. Took it back with receipt and was refused exchange as it's apparently meant to only be used 'once a week for light duty use.' Wouldn't have bought it if I'd known I could only use it once a week without it breaking. Will be sure to buy better quality goods elsewhere from now on.

Miserable staff, couldn't be any less helpful. Feels like you are putting them out asking for assistance. Prices aren't clear, starts off at £11.99, then £13.99 then in store £15. I had the same experience the last few times I've been in. Staff are a joke. That's the last cash you get from me.

I went in to shop and paid for goods by card to be delivered the following week turned out the goods couldn't be delivered for 6 weeks so I cancelled now refusing to refund my money to My account disgraceful way to treat anyone

I bought a fly zapper last year and it lasted 1 year functioning as expected. Next summer rolls along so I buy another for the same price to replace the old one. It arrived faulty so I called Nick who listened to my story, confirmed my order details, and agreed to send me a new zapper free of charge. Hassle free service and quality products = 5 star reviews. Good stuff guys.

It was good to see everything u need for kitchen under one roof. Prices are economical and costly too depending upon the huge range if variety available across different brands in the store. It is a well organized store and staff generally ask you if you were looking out of something specific. Hence I would suggest to visit the store and buy.

It's for professional chefs& dedicated cooks,plus restaurant supplies. There are smaller things like small deep fat fryers,I purchased one. It's for serious chefs;but check it out for home usages.Copper pans,mixers;catering for groups restraunts quality goods.Glassford St,Glasgow.Sign in window,OPEN.Cheaper than Lakeland,for some things.Great pair scissors.
