The Mother Hut (My Baby Bubble Hypnobirthing)

Excellent hypnobirthing course with my partner and I at home. As well as equipping us with the tools of relaxation that we would need for the big day, it was a great opportunity to discuss techniques, and what to expect from both the mother and birthing partner perspective. We both came away feeling fully armed with a wealth of knowledge by Aimee, she was also fun and relaxing to be around. Thoroughly recommend.

I am so pleased that we decided to sign up to Aimee's hypnobirthing course. She was so knowledgable and lovely and made my partner feel as involved in the experience as I did which he really enjoyed and valued. This ensured that that we both felt incredibly positive, calm and empowered about the upcoming birth of our first baby! Wow! What can I say?! We are both so pleased that we chose Hypnobirthing, especially after our initial doubts about it! Aimee was amazing - so professional and easy to talk to. Aimee is passionate, knowledgeable and was able to support me through an anxious pregnancy. I would highly recommend the mybabybubble course. It is a full antenatal course, and the hybnobirthing techniques we learnt were really useful for me and my husband during the birth. 5*!

Our beautiful girl arrived (20th July 2019) at 3.55 am. She was a whopper at 9 pounds, but my lord was this birth beautiful, all thanks to the course Aimee delivered.Our little one despite our best efforts nearly had to be induced, which I really hadn't wanted and felt quite emotional about. However at the 12th hour my darling baby decided she'd make it on her own!! Yey, huge sigh of relief as she was 2 weeks overdue and we, were so ready to meet her.During the labour my husband (who was a bit of a synic before we enrolled on the course) felt like he had a voice throughout and managed to keep me focused and grounded, he was a real superstar and again felt empowered and more in control, due to what we had learnt. He even remembered about the aromatherapy oils and TENS machine, which were all forgotten about during our first labour.I also used the skills we learnt to keep focused and felt so much more in control throughout, riding every wave with a bit of gas and air. I feel so much better after this labour and all the midwives were so supportive of our wishes, using positive language that really pushed me through to deliver my absolute angel. Thank you so much Aimee, I can't recommend the course enough especially after yesterday's delivery. Unbelievable and so empowering.x.
