I had milkshake last time I was there and found 2 pieces of sharp plastic pieces inside of it. I am glad that I didn’t swallow them (I was about to)What disappointed me of that is the service after I reported to one of the staff members; he even wasn’t even bothered to apologize and only after when I asked him to compensate, he offered he could make the same milkshake again or refund.I liked this place before but I don’t think I would go back there ever again.

Nice bike friendly café. The food and service were good, my only small complaint would be the limited menu. Would be nice to have some breakfast options, eggs etc.

It is a great destination for coffee and a bite to eat. Service is fast and friendly. Inside and undercover outside seating. I would highly recommend a visit.UpdateOn arrival, we were greeted by a very helpful member of staff offering seating downstairs. Wow, it's amazing bike memorabilia and bikes. Great seating options. Very atmospheric, and they even put the heating on and jazz music in the background. As a cyclist, why would you go to any other cafe in Newark (obviously, my opinion). Thank you.

A great place for a quick lunch or drink. Historic surroundings in railway building or similar. Just across from modern retail park. I know I’d rather eat at the Coffee Chain than a chain of coffee shops.Unfortunately Google didn’t navigate to the closest parking but to the retail park

One of my favourite places for coffee and a sandwich. Great coffee, great food, and not too expensive. Service is always lovely too. Great place!

Good coffee in a fine old brewery and great fruit scones with clotted cream and jam. Am I allowed to say very pretty staff.
