Great staff and professional set up. Ally guided me through a well tailored 9 month rehab program following ACL surgery, now back to full fitness and playing again. Couldn't recommend enough.

Have been meaning to leave this for a while but 3 years ago I inherited Neurapraxia in my right deltoid. This left me with approximately 10% lateral movement in my right arm. Extremely scary stuff. I went to the doctors and had strange nerve tests, x-rays, an ultrasound and even they didn't really know what to do but Peter the expert he is had seen something similar before; although admitted my case was the worst he'd seen and especially uncommon as it didn't run in my family and because I was 26. Peter got me back to 90% motor neurone functionality and lateral movement within 3 months of Physio (some people never recover)!! Very thankful for his professionalism and would highly recommend if you are stressed or worried, my mind was put at ease having his expertise to hand. Thank-you Peter.

After weeks of lower back pain, visits to chiropractor, personal trainers and being told I would take many months of rehab and strength work, I was told I wouldn't be ready for the Dublin marathon and to concentrate on fixing myself. Peter seen me very quickly and with dealing with my issue on a regular basis he confidently got to work straight away. His plan and commitment to me worked and he gave me faith and had me running again within weeks. My personal times got better and better and yes I completed the Dublin marathon 3 weeks ago with no back complaints. Peter is a genius and I have no problem at all recommending his skills and expertise to other runners up against running related injuries.
