Brought a different car traded mine In, looked around and found this garage and the car I really liked online. Mike what can I say, what a lovely guy, he answered all my questions. He also delivered the car and he said if you don’t like it that’s not a problem He will take it back ect. I really liked the car so I was really happy with my choice. He said there a small issue with the wing mirror it had cracked, mike said I will order a new one straight away which was great, I went up there a week later, he put me and my family in the cafe next door to wait while he done the Mirror, he brought us a coffee and the kids pop and masks as we forgotten ours lol He even gave me petrol money for going back up there. He definitely looks after is customers and I always go by reviews and I listened to the reviews preseli cars had and I’m glad I did.Thankyou mike you made us feel very welcome

Bought a car from Preseli Cars a few weeks ago. So far it has gone great. Mike, the owner, was great and sorted any little issues with the car with no fuss at all before the purchase. Good prices too compared to other dealers. Would buy from again

Fantastic service we turned up on a hectic day for them as they were having the new office delivered. They were still extremely helpful despite how busy they were both myself and my husband purchased cars. Great prices great cars very happy customers. Also took both our older cars on part exchange and we were given very fair prices for them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Easy to do business with. Always wanting to provide that extra level of service that makes the business that much better than the competition.

We’ve had nothing but problems with our Mercedes since we bought it. We were rushed through the “warranty” and assured it covered any non consumable parts and it was the best warranty he’d used over the years. Turns out the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on and you won’t get that till they sell you the car. We are now still without a car, no help from the garage and even after the car has been in Narberth for the best part of a month the engine management light came on as soon as we left the garage even though it’s cost us the best part of £1000 to fix the issue. The whole front brakes needed changing within a month of getting the car, no idea how they could have passed a mot less than a month before we purchased the car.I feel totally let down and I would not recommend this dealer or the pointless warranty he peddles.Avoid.

I'm very disappointed to leave this review. I first purchased a audi a3 needed a bigger boot for a wheelchair and got a 7 seater ranault scenic. The day I got it it kept losing power and sent it back. Had it for 8 days said it was fixed going down the hill by oakwood rounderbout and it did she same thing all warning lights came on and lost power had to pull over stop the car. Rang Mike and took it back and said I didn't want it lost all faith in it.In all fairness he gave me the audi back to use whilst he sourced me a new car.Got the new car the day running light doesn't work and said he has ordered a new part. I'm still waiting nearly 6 weeks later. My main issue is the logbook I haven't had. Was told he had applied for it because of bank holidays etc it will probably take a bit longer.I've sent messages that haven't been responded to I've rang the dvla and they have told me it's not been applied for. Now I've had to pay £25.00 for a logbook and £550.00 on a service and cambelt and water pump change.

Great prices, friendly service none of the sales jargon, I'm very happy with my purchase.I wanted to edit my last review, as some may know some of things like Cam Belt, Water Pemp are not covered by your Warenty, as it's declared self maintaining, or up keep of your Vehicle, I whent to Mike and exsplained my concern about it's replacement as it can be expensive, and helped me get it done for a fraction of the cost.

We have bought vehicles since 2010 off Mike and can honestly say he has always looked after us. That’s why we alway buy our cars off Mike. He is a true gentleman and no mater what needs fixing is done immediately, today we bought our 6th vehicle and would recommend Presceli motors to anyone. Thank you Mike, 2 happy customers.
