JoJo Maman Bébé

I visited this shop because I was looking for maternity and nursing clothes, and I don't have good luck with ordering online. I was very pleased with the selection of clothes at the shop, and the number of styles that were available to try on. They also had a good selection of accessories. The sales people were very helpful and very nice. One saleswoman gave me a demonstration about using a carrier and offered additional tips. I would definitely visit this store again.

Very poor customer service!the lady there is very dull, not helpful and not nice to the younger staff!i was shocked how she talks to people!if i didn t know the brand i would have walked straight out!i spent short of £300 and not even thank you!i m going online from now on!unbelievable!

We have used JoJo Maman Bebe since before our daughter was born and can’t fault the quality. However we today tried to exchange a gift that is clearly from the Christmas range and were unable to without a receipt. Rubbish service and not what we are used to. I hope despite being acquired by NEXT plc JoJo doesn’t lose its historical great service…although I think it may be too late!

Staff are very rude, followed me and my husband round the store like I had stolen something. In future I will buy from the usual stores Mamas and Papas etc where their customer service matters!

The team at jojo maman harrogate are little super stars. They have always been so helpful and kind, they remember me and my daughter every time I have visited and make us feel very special. I feel confident listening to their advice on products and have also used their changing room to breastfeed my daughter which was a real help. Thank you ladies, keep up the good work!

I always enjoy visiting this shop, the staff are very friendly helping me in or out of the door with the pushchair. They offer colouring sheets and crayons to my 3 year old daughter and are interested and friendly to both my girls. It's always a good shopping experience.

Been in twice to this store and one member of staff has been rude and unpleasant on both occasions. On the first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but then tried to return or exchange a birthday gift my daughter had received that was the wrong size. Didn't have a gift receipt but clearly was from JoJo as still had label attached. This particular member of staff refused to allow refund or gift card or exchange for a size that fits. However, more importantly, she was vile in the way she spoke and treated my mum - rude, arrogant and dismissive. I'm asking friends and family to buy elsewhere if they want to for Christmas (maybe frugi or Boden!) just so that I never have to go back to this store and deal with that awful woman again !

Don't go to this store if you want good customer service. The ladies that work in this store are sullen, totally unhelpful and give your store a bad name. If I did not shop in your chain before, this store would definitely put you off shopping here

Incredibly helpful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. We can’t fault them! The manager in particular is excellent! They gave us a call as soon as gift cards were available, really went above and beyond to help us.
