I have used this vets for 3 of my dogs now and have always had the most professional and compassionate of staff helping. The receptionist staff are always friendly and smiling. I would definitely recommend the whole staff and practice.

Very poor service. Cancelled my scheduled meeting that i had waited a month for with no explanation as to why 30 minutes before hand. Only saving grace was the receptionist whom remained professional and friendly throughout. Very disappointed.

I asked if they could complete a very simple land transaction for me, no searches required. Took them two weeks to tell me “we don’t have the capacity to deal with it”, so back at the start now!

We are just coming to the conclusion of our second house sale with Ann Nicholas and recommend her without hesitation. She and Aspen (together with all the reception staff) are super helpful and responsive. From offer to completion in just a little over two months, these days, is beyond what we could have hoped for. Our first sale was more complicated but Ann was superb. Understanding and forbearing, always pragmatic, she's a superb conveyancer.

Thankyou to Eleanor (Probate Solicitor), for a fantastic service.Eleanor is friendly, empathetic and approachable. My Will was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I didn’t need to make any amendments.The Receptionist is also very nice and easy to speak too.I highly recommend this firm and that is coming from someone who can be quite hard to please.

They managed to expedite matters when another local firm of solicitors lost" our funds on completion day. Would highly recommend"
