popped in to deposit some cash in the self service machine but it jammed, all the staff were brilliant and very helpful, got the note out and deposited it for me.thank you

How in the world did we get to a place where a proper bank won't exchange bank notes for coins?I'm visiting Plymouth, my birthplace, and found that the parking meters near my rental accommodation only take coins. All I wanted was to hand over a £20 note and receive coins back. But no. We can't do that. We'd need your bank account information."Full marks for "jobs worth" following of silly policies. Lovely staff but useless opening hours where they shut at 15:00. No longer able to go if your a daytime worker. May switch to another bank and get rewarded for it.

Staying open later just one day a week would make a huge difference to customers. Shutting it 3 is silly.

Could you please tell me why you shut soooooo early, 3pm is abit ridiculous,

clicked on the lloyds opening hours google page ..to save a wasted trip to the plymstock branch as it was 4.40pm.. 9.00am..to 7.00pm on a thursday... great.. take a trip down ... hmmmn closed 4.30pm .. Sometimes you just wonder.. . what is the point.

My family have been with this Plymstock branch for many years my dad used to provide business for this bank. But when my 85 year old mum visited a few months ago she was treated appallingly. She wanted to transfer money to a savings account with another institution, with the help of her Financial Advisor. My father had only recently passed and my mum has always been worried when dealing with money. But the Financial Advisor gave her instructions and his contact number. She was left to stand in the Bank for nearly 3 hours. She phoned me in tears as I have POA but they refused to speak to me even though my mum was in the bank and gave her permission. They were rude and unsympathetic with my mums situation. They did not allow her to transfer the money out and she left the bank distraught at her treatment. I later transferred it online something I should have done in the first place if I’d know how badly she would be treated . I wrote a letter of complaint but my mum or myself have had no apology..,
