Lovely shop, with original, brilliant clothes and friendly, helpful staff .....take a look!

Very bad customer service onlineBad quality itemI ordered 2 items online In early JuneIt took forever for the items to arrive.One item was soiledOne item was the wrong oneI had to pay the postage for returning the itemsI requested my postage charge back and never got it.

Had a bad experience with the owners due to them not wanting to give me a refund for an item that has never arrived. I was told I needed to be patient as there are hold ups at the post office. After waiting 18 days I think my patience ran out and Tracy reluctantly gave me a refund. I think the After sales team is unprofessional regards to refund queries and complaints. HOWEVER, the selection of clothes are really nice and the buyers seem to have a good eye for what is current in the world of fashion. I won't shop there again because I was made to feel a liar, but I do wish them every success with their business

Lovely quirky clothes but I’ve had a couple of issues due to new staff. I ordered some shoes online. When I went to collect them the lady serving ignored me twice (I was second in the queue and wearing a bright red coat and had a child with me) and asked the third lady if she could assist her. Then I got my order home and discovered they’d given me the wrong size of shoe. I phoned to arrange to exchange them and was told to drop them in. My husband dropped them back to find they hadn’t got my size. I was happy to have them in a different colour but when he got back I discovered they’d only put one shoe in the box!It’s a lovely shop and the staff are lovely. I admire the way they’ve kept going online through lockdown but I think a little bit of staff training might be needed.
