Steve, on the phone, and Dave, in person, saved my holiday, my power wheelchair and my sanity this morning. What a refreshingly lovely company to deal with. Dave diagnosed and cured the problem and, while I had a coffee, powered me up to be able to continue. Wonderfully professional and expert and most kind, generous and friendly. Thank you so much. Very grateful and very impressed. This is a top company for all mobility needs and warm and expert help.

Dave and the young lad helped me while I was on a short break to fix my scooter. Very nice and professional people. Nothing was to much trouble. A1 service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a wonderful asset to the community this place is. I cannot praise these people highly enough for the care and professionalism of service they provide. Listening compassionately with such attention to detail for individual needs, an awareness for unique problem-solving, patience, understanding... it is clearly exceptionally important to them that their customers are as happy as possible and only invest in exactly what they need at the right time for them. Both my mother and 98 year old grandmother have enjoyed this support in recent weeks, in their purchases of the best mobility scooters for their needs. To say how much life has been enhanced by the attentiveness and kindness shown, cannot understate enough how happy these two matriarchs have become. A million thank yous for the bright shiny stars you each are and the friendly welcome for all who cross your threshold, old customers and new. Nice one Dave!

Would give zero stars if possible.Visited the store on three separate occasions, and told different things each visit.First visit we were promised to have a mobility scooter on hire, and when we want to make a purchase then the fee would be waivered.Second visit we had chosen a mobility scooter to purchase, but the scooter was unsuitable for the person using it. We were not given a refund as they had mis-sold it to us, and it would cost the store money to refund it. We were promised that if we came back in a week then we would have the correct product.Third visit we were told we have to pay the whole fee on the mobility scooter, and they did not have the correct scooter to give us. When asking for a refund, they said they would take 10% off the refund as a fee.We never had the product but they kept our money for over a week. Members of staff do not communicate between themselves so we were left trying to explain everything that has happened over the past month.When trying to come to resolution, it felt as though we were being bullied and as if were trying to pull a fast one, when we just wanted our money back and to leave.We were so upset, to the point of almost crying with frustration, and then a rude comment was made about us getting emotional.This store is supposed to support people with disabilities, when instead it makes these people walk away feeling ripped off. Not all disabilities are visible so please make sure you treat everyone with respect, and understanding...

Absolutely fantastic service from the team in Exmouth. Answered all my questions, and very helpful staff. Particularly Georgina who was extremely friendly and does a great job!

Beware!! Falsely Sold my 84 year old farther the wrong product and refused to exchange or refund the £800 product

Just wanted to say that we received excellent service from coastline mobility. Dave the salesman was extremely informative and patient in dealing with my elderly father. Dave took time ensuring my father chose the correct recliner chair, that it fitted correctly and was comfortable. Dave even delivered it and ensured that my dad was still happy with the chair so a huge thank u. He loves the chair and is very happy with his purchase.
