Just received my 6 gates from Garden Gates Direct and absolutely delighted with both the service and the product.Excellent help with sizing and deciding on gate types, communication during ordering and delivery from Dan and the team.The gates are perfectly sized, very well made and look fit to last decades.Highly recommend, thanks again Dan.

After a few email and a review I finally got a reply as to a date for my delivery of my gate once I receive my order I will review my commentAs promised I will now up date my review I've received my new gates wrapped up. We'll for delivery the gates are great too for for the quality I give 5*****

Cannot contact this company by telephone anymore which on the one hand makes me uncomfortable parting with any money but on the other is a relief as the premium number they use on the website cost me 50p just to be told they don't talk to people any longer.

The gate arrived within the expected time and it s reasonably good quality. My only issue is with the hinge fittings that are an option I chose with the order. I have exchanged emails with the seller who is prompt and clear with emails however we did not reach a solution so I am sharing this review so other buyers can make their own mind up before buying. The hinges are good quality however the fitting instructions do not list my gate as being one of the suitable types. The hinges are the flat type rather than cranked which means the gate will not align to the post when shut. When spending over £180 on the gate and fixings you want a good looking end product. The bolt was also twice as long as necessary and the solution was to saw it down.

Not good for Shoe shopping as advertised!!!

Purchased the Picasso metal gate. Waited about 4wks for the delivery & was updated when on its way. Couldn't be more happy with it. Lovely design & crafted very well. Comes with good fittings. Worth the money i paid. Would definitely recommend.
