We ordered panels from Angus Homes late 2020 and had expressly asked for a certain system to be priced. After signing an agreement confirming the order in January we had anticipated that this would have secured the materials for the job at the agreed price. It wasn't until May 2021 when material prices had increased that they turned around to say they had only priced half of some of the panels and were anticipating major price increases. We understand the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the supply chain, but we have been left with no assistance to resolve a suitable outcome and feel that it is only fair to share our experience to others.
