It was a very good experience working with Dan Lancaster on my small extension. He was intuitive and responsive to what I needed and wanted, and came up with several lovely plans- which when rejected by planners (Conservation area), he then adapted beautifully. He was always positive and encouraging.I had problems with National Grid, which he helped with - over and above his remit, but it alleviated my stress! I would highly recommend working with him.

Dan provided a superb design for my house renovation and is now helping to create a beautiful garden. He went to great lengths to accommodate my wishes but went beyond and provided some great creative suggestions that I would never have thought of, all of which worked out very well. Highly recommended!

Dan was great to work with - he listened to what I wanted from the garden and came up with some great ideas. He was able to work with me regarding placement, planting, colour schemes - the lot. I found the whole design experience very positive and can recommend Dan. The before and after photos don't do it justice - all bedded in now and looking good, thank you Dan.

We asked Dan to produce a plan for our back garden. He listened to what we wanted and suggested which of our ideas he thought would work well and which would not, inputting his expertise along the way. Based on this he drew up some wonderful plans. An unexpected change in circumstnces means we will not be putting these into action at our current property but I would not hesitate in using Dan again on any future project.
