Great place, definitely recommend it.Arrived half an hour before closing time on Monday, only had to wait around 5-10 minutes. Despite the fact that it was the end of a probably long day for them too, everybody was super friendly, from the recepcionist lady to the nurse. They were very helpful too, I received a lot of useful information and advice and even ended up coming out of the building 10 minutes after closing time because the nurse didn't send me away halfway.The old dissatisfied reviews made me concerned prior to my visit, but it proved to be a great experience!

Great service! No waiting time or they will ask you to come on another day. Definitely faster than any go surgery! Would 100% recommend

One of the worst (dis)services for young people.I called Brooks twice, completely desperate to take a test. They took at least 30 min of my time both times to take my details, because, obviously, they hadn't saved them the first time.I mentioned a common STI to them and they had no clue what I was talking about. First time they redirected me towards an expensive clinic and second time they hung up on me and called me back with a private number, so I couldn't even pick up because my phone automatically blocks them.So basically: Waste of time + completely clueless

Really crap. If I could il give 0 stars.Waited three hours just for them to tell me they couldn't take anymore people because of the time but I believe it was racism because they only called me up and one more person after me was stil in the waiting room who wasn't called up. I would not recommend this at all, everyone was everywhere and they're short staffed and most of the nurses at the reception were just having a full on conversation when they had other clients waiting to be seen. Had to go deans express before it closed which offer a much better service than brooks.

I've been turned away three times now due to lack of staff. Even though I've arrived 3 hours before the closing time. Poor service, seems to be more standing around and talking amongst the staff than seeing to patients.

Such a friendly and professional environment! The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was very polite. I came today to get my contraceptive implant replaced and was DREADING it but was immediately put at ease (forgive me I can’t remember how to spell my nurse’s name). She was so informative and calm natured which made me feel really comfortable. The process of replacing my old implant was so efficient and she was super patient with me when the anaesthetic took a while longer to work on a particular part of my arm. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this branch more! I’m really happy with my experience as I didn’t feel rushed into anything and it was all really well explained with all of my questions answered with ease! I would 100% come back if I ever needed to as my nurse was just fantastic.

Great sexual health clinic that are non-judgemental and fully informative. I've been going here since the beginning of 2022 for contraception and it has been the best experience out of all the clinics I've attended. They have kind doctors (and receptionists), almost no wait time to see the doctor with a scheduled appointment, and quite private facilities (meaning the only people you would most likely see is your doctor, the receptionist, and 1-2 other people that had finished appointment/waiting). The opening times are also convenient for people who are busy as they close later than a lot of clinics and are open on Saturday.

Personally, I've been with brook for years and they are very on it with health and sexual care! Yes, the wait can be a long time, but once they see you, they never rush! They have all the contraception one may need and a lot of advice slips!

Absolutely horrified by the service I just received at the hands of the receptionist. Having visited Brook numerous times before, I was refused entry because I am 25 and 6 months. I telephoned prior to my arrival to ask if they cared for 25 inclusively and was told that they did. How a woman can watch another woman in clear distress and refuse them health care I will never know.

Honestly can’t believe it’s taken me two trips to be told something I should have been told first time round.1st visit I attended the clinic and asked to have my implant removed and was told clinic was too busy to see me, I would need to attend earlier another day- I completely understood.2nd visit, I was the 1st patient of the day and told that I would not be seen and that I had to make an appointment- for the new year (oh and by the same member of staff who saw me 1st time round).Why oh why was I not told that I would need a booked appointment first time round? Such a waste of time and getting out of work to get this sorted- is not easy!I’m a nurse myself and I get it, I am more than understanding about how busy clinics get. But come on guys. This is really frustrating and disappointing.
