I’ve used this shop to send/return parcels numerous times, most of the people that work in this shop are lovely and helpful. The older gentleman in his ~60s however is disgustingly rude, lazy and refuses to help (noted on more than one occasion). I won’t be using this shop again after how he spoke to me this afternoon.

Went for an Amazon drop-off. The owner explained that he can only package items that fit in an A3 *envelope* (not a box). Printer worked fine for package-less drop off. All was good. Some tasty snacks, too.

I use to find the staff quite rude here but then I was served by the owner’s son Mud and he gave excellent customer service! He’s very approachable and resolved the issue quickly with my Vinted parcel. I now feel more comfortable in going to the shop. I wish him all the best with his studies in Uni and I hope to see him there again soon!
