Far too overcrowded forecourt with the chances of picking up a parking ticket from the local authority a high possibility. Aggressive sales techniques by some sales executives can be quite off putting. Nice selection of interesting vehicles though

I had an initial problem with not being able to get through to the service department by phone, so I had to visit in person.Then, the potential replacement part had not been ordered in advance by the employee with whom I spoke, who has since left.When I arrived for the work to be carried out, I discovered this mishap.The lady who dealt with me was very understanding and dealt with the problem very well and managed to arrange for the problem to be immediately resolved and my car was fixed on a complementary basis.Thank you Lexus Gatwick!

It really does depend on who talk to at this dealership. Without mentioning names, certain person who I've dealt with will numerous occasions is very condescending and pretentious. At this dealership you get treated like you're not a customer like you're doing something wrong. I've gone to quite a few Lexus dealers in London area and I can say without a doubt at the Gatwick branch the attitude has to change towards customers without making assumptions and being judgmental of them, especially for a luxury car manufacture. You should be treated better. I would never purchase a car from here or trade one in because it seems more about profit margins my rather than customer service etc.

Their service includes washing the vehicle and cleaning the interior. The vehicle was poorly washed and the interior was not cleaned. Discussed with the team and they did a superb job in sorting out the issues including replacing fuel costs. Quality response and resolution

Of all the garages I have visited recently in pursuit of my next new car, Lexus Gatwick comes out top and resulted in the purchase of a Lexus UX with sunroof and premium pack last week. Our allocated salesperson, Sam Krisman has been excellent. His knowledge of Lexus cars is superb and delivered with an enthusiasm that is infectious. Having done extensive research he was able to answer every question and is ahead of the game with regard to the future of hydrogen cars. One really important point is that I only had to wait two and a half weeks for my new car. The handover happened as planned and the after sales service has also been excellent. I just love the car especially as this is a complete change of brand of car for me after 20+ years with Jaguar Landrover. Well done Sam.

I have just traded in my very old Lexus for a 4 year old NX. I wasn't necessarily looking to buy another Lexus, but Harry Harris at Lexus Gatwick was quietly and discreetly persuasive, and demonstrated that the NX would be exactly what I needed. And he was correct. I am very happy with my new purchase and appreciated that he did a gentle rather than a hard sell, and he came across as a genuine and likeable person rather than a pushy salesman.

This show room is very very cramped , and no customer CARPARK totally chaotic ,the sale person is polite but he cannot find the key for the car we wantedTo buy (LEXUS RX 350h ..)which parked outside and covered with dust.After visited to Jaguar , Range Rover ,And Mercedes show rooms ,Lexus got a longLong way to catch up ..:Dominic and John
