First class service from start to finish. Jen was so, so helpful in helping to me choose the right carpet. I loved the sample to bring home to check against my stairway and great communication throughout. Tony measured up and fitted in less the 2 weeks, excellent service and easily surpassed that of leading high street chains. I look forward to getting my bedroom carpet in January.

Terrible service. The seller does not respect the time of the buyer, the priority is the supplier, not the buyer. For 1 week I waited only for the price, it's scary to think how long it will take to wait for delivery and installation. When I re-entered and asked when I would find out the price, the lady told me that not everything so fast as you want and nothing would be done at your click.After that I received messages:Hi

Ordered flooring from Woolton carpets for my bathroom.When it arrived the colour in situ was different to how it looked in the shop. It cost me nearly £250.Woolton carpets would not take it back or exchange.Jen was recommended to me by Lee Floorstock when I tried to find a replacement floor.Both Jen and Ritchie could not have done more to help me select my floor allowing me to take home samples and suggesting the most economical way to fit.The job was a few planks short and they managed to source me some spares from surplus stock free of charge.These were even then delivered to my door to enable us to progress the job.Both Jen and Richie went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.They are a small local company who have considerably out performed the bigger supplier andI will certainly be using them again in the near future.
