Used to be good but this time got a ropy old lawn aerator that left oil soaking into my stone patio and also J&G did not invoice at the level agreed. Also charged for fuel used although the tank had been re-filled. Bad experience and no response / explanation at all to complaint. Don't really want to give them even 1 star

Jackson & Gocher Hire Centre
Needed a rotavator for a small area of ground cleared of weeds etc and suggested the 8hp machine would do the job. Absolutely useless. The machine is exceedingly heavy and instructions suggest it can dig down to 20cms. Even really working the machine the maximum depth was no more than 2/3cms. Have suggested they come and see how bad the machine is. Very disappointed.
