Phoned in a panic because an elderly neighbour with Dementia had locked herself between the front door and the outer door. Colin from Keytek arrived really quickly and got through the two doors within minutes. Very impressed.

Double HELP!!I Google emergency locksmiths and find KeyTekI call the number, get told the prices and whatnot - all fair enough.In less than 45 mins, up turns Colin.I wont bore you all with the detail of the job that this craftsman had to do to get us in, but what I will say is that when you have a combination of a crisis and someone working on your home, you want that person to have a combination of professional pride, tenacity, a feeling that you can trust them and a really, really nice nature.Colin is that chap.With a dogged determination and more than a little skill, this guy got the job done, all whilst offering detailed explanation of what was needed and why.Although any financial outlay at this time of year is unwelcome, the price of the work and materials was way better than fair.
