Ordered the boneless box and was heavily disappointed, chicken burger tasted & looked frozen. It was haphazardly thrown together, did not match the description at all, did not come with lettuce or mayo. Plain & dry.Chicken strips were ok but obviously not fresh. It was supposed to come with 10 pieces of popcorn chicken, instead I was given 2 pieces popcorn chicken and 4 (again frozen) chicken nuggets. No communication at all about the substitution.Finally to top it off I ordered a 7up & it was again substituted with a cheap Bare lemonade with no communication about this.I would give this place 0 stars if possible, please do not go here.

Soggy raps very rude takes ages for the food to come to your table. Burgers soggy and sweet awful service all together. Not worth THE MONEY

My partners got app on uber eats shows buy one get one free but portions are spread between two ...salad very scarce or not on at all . Arrived cold so had to rewarm ....would recommend pizza as very difficult to mess that up but was also cold ....used on a weekend as a treat but going to look at other places .. Customer service terrible and tend to rush your concerns about order

Food was nice a few weeks back but this time they took chicken out when we ordered and left it on side of fryer for 20 min so when we got it the chicken was cold I don't get it. 1st sept went back again still the same won't go again

My food was cold the staff was treating all customers different some better than other and offer was on giving people more food than the other when u should go by the rules the queing was ridiculous when staff should stand outside tell them how to organise Proply people in the quie was jumping in the quie swearing at each other’s your lucky to have one star if I could go lowest I would go minus I could right a lot more bad reviews but leave it as that it because it happen last year should really go in Wakefield express staff members vend the rules for Asians when it come to white people u seem to be going by the rules really your business shouldn’t be open

Horrible do not go ther I recommend Pizza, Piazzo, or UK rooster it was horrible bad customer service food was un edible chicken was rye and really hard tasteless cold, soggy chips, sauces horrible. The chicken wings they stink and they don’t smell nice and they cold and smell I beg you not to upset your stomach and go to uk rooster or piazza it a lot cheaper as well consume that is never coming back

Ordered 3 zinger burgers which were dry and didn’t taste fresh. Ordered a special box meal which cost £8-9 which was supposed to have donner meat in, substituted this for chicken nuggets without informing. Only realised when we got home. (There was a chicken and chips meal, that was fine).Called them up and they said all our burgers are fresh and we have never had a complaint so can’t do anything about it.They apologised for the chicken nuggets in the box meal and said they could send a portion of donner meat out which i declined. The burger in the box meal was also very dry and didn’t eat.

My partner ordered spicy wings and they gave him non spicy immediately we noticed he return it back because I couldn’t eat it. Both staff on duty were so rude and said they cannot do anything about it. I felt so bad. The wings does not taste anything at all and not well cookedI will never buy from rajas Wakefield west gate anymore . And staff were so rude
