I booked and paid for 3 wheelbarrows for a cement delivery which was booked and paid for. On the delivery day the wheelbarrows were due to turn up by 12 midday, by 2pm nothing, so contact the Hire station to be told they had run out and had nothing to offer!! No phone call, just weren’t going to turn up! We were then left with a couple of hours to try and source some from elsewhere, incredibly bad service! And refund will take three working days. Very poor!

Superb service, Dan taking the call was friendly and fit our equipment into a busy schedule. Delivery guy went above and beyond. Would recommend their service to anyone in Stevenage and will be back for more.

Nicely laid out areas with clear queues and spacing. I had pre ordered online the day before and it was ready for collection only took 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
