Great little cafe, excellent breakfast, must be one of the best I have tried in the area, Great coffee too. Shame I have only recently discovered it. Will def be back.

Sinclair Coffee House
Since Sinclair Catering have come into my place of work in their mobile catering unit which has been a great sucsess, it's great to now be able to go to the Coffee House. A great atmosphere, reasonably priced & great quality food and drinks. Will definietly be going back!

We sat in the sun and had a delicious breakfast!! So tasty and the coffee was amazing too - would recommend to anyone. Lovely staff :)
