Great work replacing an extractor fan and ducting in my bathroom and loft. Richard and Lee came at short notice and were very professional and friendly. The work carried out was thorough and to an exellent standard. I would definitely recommend them and will be using again in future.

Thorough work in tracing obscure faults and updating the electrical installation. We feel safe now that all of the work has been done. Could have been a bit more thorough in tidying up although they did work all over the property including the loft.

The guys fitted a large shower fan with light for our ensuite makeover. Really professional. On time, high quality work, cleaned up properly after work was done. They were polite and courteous and pleasant which is refreshing. We have had no end of problems getting reliable tradesmen in the past but I am very happy to recommend Marshall Sandler Ltd. A job well done. Thanks guys.

Due to work commmittments I had to make a last minute appointment cancellation with Lee, and rearranged a second visit with Danielle by phone - both were very understanding. Richard arrived at the subsequent time agreed, he investigated where the issue was and resolved it successfully. With the job completed, he gave us a full explanation of the issue and work undertaken. Excellent, helpful customer care from start to finish and very pleased with the professional service from all at Marshall Sadler Ltd.

Excellent job at a fair price. Lee and Richard were very friendly and helpful and the new sockets were installed quickly and efficiently. Everything was left tidy when they had finished. Would certainly ask them to do work for us again and recommend them unreservedly.

Used this company after my letting agent used another company to complete an EICR survey. I found Marshall and Sadler on Google and asked them to quote as i wanted to use/support local business. They were quick to respond, cheaper than the company my letting agent used and took time to explain things to me, which i really liked. Follow on emails were prompt and they phoned when required to explain things to me, which i found to be personable and excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend then to anyone in the area.

Richard seems like a nice guy and communication was initially good, however when it transpired that some of the work he did for us was faulty and i tried to contact him about this (i phoned, emailed and texted) i received no response at all, given that this was over 10 days ago i don't now expect that i will get a response so have had to use another contractor.

Would highly recommend. The electrician was polite, friendly and clean in his work. All work was completed to a high standard and we did not have to wait long between getting a quote and the work being carried out. The work was also completed to the exact amount we were quoted. We will definitely use Marshall Sadler for any future jobs.
