Wash And Glows

This place should be closed. I intend to report them to small causes as they charged me more money (cash, no receipts) than the price on the board. I accepted because it’s the only car wash next to the city centre. Then it was clear they didn’t care about cleaning inside the car, only outside.Really bad service and old equipment - My hoover is stronger than theirs.They didn’t bother about the bad service even after complaint.

This has always been my go to car wash place, but I'm not sure if it's changed hand or is the COVID making people abit cray cray, but they wanted to charge me a medium size car when I have a Clio?!? I'm just very disappointed with them more than anything, they used to make me feel so welcome there, once they even let me sit in their staff area next to the heater because it was so cold out.

We took the car for a car wash because we are planning to sell the car later this month. The wash itself was great, but the problems started when the person had issues using our car key to start the car.Car had been working fine till now. When we got the car back, the guy handed us back the key. We took it but the key wouldn't start the car because the tumbler had broken. It was fine when we took it to the shop. We also noticed that the radio was still on. We know for a fact it is physically impossible to have the radio on if the car is off and the key was removed properly, which means the key was pulled out incorrectly (in the middle position). A car wash has resulted in us having to get our entire key ignition bit replaced which will cost us SEVEN HUNDRED pounds. Very disappointing and upset.

Best car wash in Nottingham hands down. They took such great detail and care to get every nook and cranny, my old car looked like a million bucks when they were done!Dera also stayed open just for me, as they were closing up shop when I arrived. 10/10 would go back again.

This was the only place I went to wash my car since I bought it. The last time, probably they have changed some of the staff, my Windshield was pitted from the outside and scratched (deep scratches) from the inside in several places as well as my Passenger's Window. At the end of the wash, they applied T-cut in few places which I found weird, as they had never had done this before (later I found scratches covered with T cut)When I noticed immediately after the wash as I was going to get cash, cause the POS machine wasn't working, I showed them what happened and they were trying to clean" the scratches with cloths
