I bought the “10 reasons I love you “ from Scarlett and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The value for money as well is unreal! Very very happy with it. Also when I was paying PayPal twice said it hadn’t gone through so I paid via card method only to realise after that I’d infact ordered it 3 times but when I contacted Scarlett to explain error she refunded immediately so also great customer service on top of great product. Highly recommend.

I ordered a memorial Robin plaque, as a friend was not able to go to the grave side to pay their respects due to lock down.I added too many words and Scarlett was able to amended my mistake.Communication was fantastic.The item was brilliant and they were blown away when the gift came.Would highly recommend A ++++++

Great service had 2 Angel garden decorations 1 was damaged in transit and replaced immediately no faffing with returns. I purchased as a impulse but I would purchase other items on site and will recommend . I have read some reviews and think unfair in some cases as if you read the descriptions and directions thats what you get

Lovely momento of my parents as I now live in the house they lived in when alive. There is a robin who visits the garden so it was such an ideal addition to have. The delivery service was really quick and the item is exactly as described by them. Good company to deal with.

I'm really disappointed with the service provided. I ordered a customised gift on behalf of my 3 year old (for his mother) in plenty time for Christmas. An then at the eleventh hour get told more information is needed. By the time I see the email and reply, I am told that they don't have time to make it now and won't be returning until 10th Jan. I would have expected perhaps it could have been squeezed in before Xmas or if not then atleast before the 10th Jan. To be fair they did contact me 10th Jan. They were asking about further custom details, which I'd already told them twice weren't required so therefore they had all information to go ahead. By the time I saw this it was the 16th and I replied straight away but subsequently got a reply back saying the order had now been cancelled and I should start the order from fresh again.I keep thinking Jeremy Beadle will turn up in a minute. Surely nothing can be this infuriating.
