Awful customer service

Absolutely love my new sofas, delivery drivers were were very careful when bringing them into the house they checked everything was in order before they left!! Ali and peter were very nice people and im very happy with everything so glad i picked Sofas 'n' Beds would highly recommend them

There is no customer service with this company. It is impossible to speak with anyone. Tried the phone number and email on their website, no-one responds. I purchased a sofa and the contact number and email address on the confirmation order tried both of them, no-one responds!Was contacted by delivery company few days after my purchase, confirmed sofa I had bought and colour, next day they arrived with the wrong colour sofa. Was told someone would contact me that day, no one did. Had to get in touch with the delivery company to see if they could help me . Eventually after waiting a few more days with no communication the correct sofa was delivered. It is such a pity that this company does not think about customers and provide a service where communication is their primary focus.
