I received one third of my order and have spent the last week trying to get in touch with them to either send the remaining missing items or refund me. So far I have emailed them, called the numbers given for them (both of which don’t connect), messaged on FB and also on Instagram and used their live chat page. I haven’t had a response from them on any of the above.I always like to give a business the opportunity to reply and put right an issue. However, this company has had more than enough time to get back to me and I’m now left with no choice but to report them.

I spent £90 with this company, the order arrived on time but one of the most expensive items was missing. I contacted them same day with photo of the order, no response with email, text or phone.I contacted PayPal who refunded me for the missing part.This company con all customers and appear to get away with it. I am glad I used Paypal for the payment.

I have ordered Halal Beef Fillet Tenderloin Grass-fed (Dry Aged 20 days) +/- 2Kg for £59. Meat is great quality, however I got 990 gram instead of +/- 2kg. This is twice less of what is advertised. Contacted the team, they apologised and offered another tenderloin of 1kg or a refund. I have asked for another tenderloin as I wanted to carry on with them as my meat supplier. However, the gourmet market since ignored me and not replying to my emails any longer. Poor customer service and their rating shows it.

Ordered over £80 of goods from this place…. Big big mistake! Items never received as the delivery company apparently delivered to someone else. Absolutely no customer service to try and resolve the issue - the contact number on their website is in obtainable. Sent five emails but either no response. This place is incompetent and has no customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Similar to others here, I should have read reviews before ordering from Gourmet Market. The issue is not with their products--I have not tried them, as they arrived days late (originally 2, but ultimately 4 because of a weekend), and dangerously defrosted so had to be discarded. There is simply no customer service at all. I did email them after the first failed delivery, and subsequently on a regular basis, but they do not respond or engage. The delivery service did respond (see above), but much too slowly for perishable goods. The money spent is wasted--although I am considering other options. Gourmet Market perhaps consider it will not be worthwhile for most people to pursue small claims. My advice is not to order from them unless you can collect the goods yourself. Their delivery arrangements do not work, they will not acknowledge responsibility, they will ghost you, and it is a waste of your money and emotional energy.

Ordered 2 different steaks fo different kinds and dry-age duration; received 2 steaks with different product names, but the same slaughter date and cut date - which means they couldn't have different dry-age durations. The merchant can't answer the question directly, nor willing to arrange a return and refund. This is clearly misrepresentation.
