Great service. Been using voip North Wales for some time. Never had a problem and customer service is second to none. So much more inexpensive than BT. Would highly recommend

We switched to using the 3CX system in December 2022 and have not been disappointed. The handsets are a huge step up in functionality for us. As an Estate Agent in North Wales, we spend a lot of time out of the office and in rural areas. The options for remote communication with the VOIP system are easy to set up and have improved our customer response time already! We had to move offices after VOIP was installed but because the phone number is in the cloud, 'moving' the phone number to the new office was painless and free. Literally plug and play with the handsets. We would never go back to an analogue phone line.
