Went in for the first time today at a 16 year old. Owner/Worker was very helpful and friendly telling me about the best supplements to use for my gym journey. Will definitely come back and 100% recommend.

Fantastic service, staff have always been very kind and helpful.Today I went for the sports therapy/massage service and was absolutely awesome. Highly recommended if you want a massage this is probably the best in Blackburn, unfortunately it's only once a week as I think this would clearly be a big hit if there was more days available.

Came in today and purchased some Whey Protein- Oreo FlavourBash, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable in the area of supplements and what you should/shouldn’t take as a young gym member.Highly recommended for anyone of any ages . Will 100% return again!

It can be a very daunting experience visiting a fitness supplement shop as you're unsure of the product you want to purchase.Luckily when I visited the Muscle Factory, Bash (Owner) was very welcoming towards me and made me feel like I was talking to a friend as opposed to a salesman or stranger, with over 15 years of fitness experience he knows what he is talking about.I told him the product I was looking for which was a strong supplement pre workout, before even reccomending me any product to purchase he made sure that I had prior lifting experience and usage of said products so it didn't have any negative impacts on me.This is the kind of things I look for, he wasn't trying to sell me products I didn't want, just what I had asked for. The customer service I received from him and his brother was exceptional and this is a place I highly recommend visiting for fitness related gear.
