I don't normally write reviews especially bad ones ( in fact ever) but I wanted to share my experience this morning , I took my daughter and myself for a haircut this morning waited for over 20 minutes no apology no offer of a glass of water ( in 30 degrees of heat and myself heavily pregnant , they were quick enough getting themselves drinks ) for me to ask when are we going to be seen for then the women who I ask to shout across to someone else that we are basically her clients why hasn't she seen us yet?! , I get my hair washed which only half is actually washed ( I had to tell the girl to not miss all my hair underneath ) for then me to turn around to my daughter when the hair dresser asked if I was happy to tell her there was loads of strands she hadn't cut ( and to get home and realise she has missed loads more ) , it was just a horrible atmosphere where no one seemed to communicate with each other and no one seemed to like each other best to say I won't ever be back! Was there an hour and again not even a glass of water offered to us just horrible

Not sure if the place smells of bleach!! It was suffocating with no air flow!! Haircut was alright! I had shown a picture and the haircut had nothing in common. Not sure if I'd want to go back!

Lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up when I was inquiring about appointments. I was polite and patient yet she seemed annoyed and had a tone of voice which insinuated that I was burdening her about asking for a basic haircut.

Been having my hair cut & coloured for 14 yrs at power cuts, recently moved to kent & having problems finding a good hairdressers. It i wasn't so busy i would return to wickford to have my hair done as best place I've been to. Miss you all very much, jane xxx

Busy salon but never feel rushed. Staff are lovely, friendly people. Happy with my cut and treatment there.
