Best gadgets shop in Chelmsford. I repaired my phone in here their staff was very friendly and professional. They repaired my phone in very reasonable cost, im really impressed by their work. It took my Xbox in asked they they can clear out the dust and clean it in hoped it would stop my fan making noise which it did however they made the problem even worse as now the fan doesn’t work at all!!! Please don’t use their services they charged me £40 to only make things worse now having to go somewhere more to get it sorted

Got my Google 6 screen an display repaired ,,, very quick service at a reasonable price, cheers lads. Unfortunately the finger print scanner does not work now, after my wife took my phone back, they said they couldn't do anything without receipt, as I paid £180 cash for screen repair I didn't get a reciept, so am very annoyed I won't be goin back or reccomending there services, quick to take the money though

Changed an iphone battery at a cost of £40 in July. Replacement was showing incorrect charge and draining rapidly from the point they changed it. Refused to replace or refund, claiming that as it wasn't a genuine iphone battery replacement these things would happen. Within 3 months the battery had failed altogether- refused to replace or refund citing a two-month warranty period. Avoid.

I took my phone in for a screen replacement and was disappointed. I was hoping for good things as the reviews of this shop are good.The Good :The quality of workmanship was excellent - the replacement screen was fitted really professionally. The team completed the repair quickly and when they said they would.The Bad :The replacement screen is much dimmer than the original and has a pronounced blue/green colour cast. It's much less contrasty. There is no way this could be considered a reasonable or equivalent replacement for the original.The Worst : When I asked about this afterwards, they told me that they knew this was the case with non-genuine screens but that genuine parts are much more expensive. I had originally asked for a genuine screen and was told they couldn't get one. At no point did they say the replacement would be sub-standard. I work a lot with images so having a screen that is so far from accurate with colours is a real problem. If they had explained this to me, I wouldn't have chosen that screen as a replacement.It wasn't a cheap repair and I would have rather have put the money towards a new phone than a poor quality repair.
