Because of the Covid -19 pandemic the pharmacy opening hours have changed temporarily and it opens one hour later than normal, closes at lunchtime usually between 1pm and 2pm, and then closes for the day one hour earlier than the normal stated time.

Every time my family collect a prescription there is some excuse to why it isn't available.We are usually told to come back the following day as prescription has not been received or it has been sent away

Very helpful staff, good place to go as there is another pharmacy near by if this one doesn't have something particular in stock. Also has a wheelchair assist door to enter the shop.

Top quality pharmacy always wants to help you moves a mountain to get your prescription treat's you as a person not a number

Obtained a prescription yesterday from my doctor who sent it over to Lloyds Chemist in Walmley. Opening hours on the website says open from 08:30 to 19:00hrs. Checked the main website which advised normal hours are changed opening and closing an hour earlier. Arrived at 09:15hrs this morning and cued for 20 minutes to be advised by a local that they would not be opening until 14:00hrs and would only be open until 19:00hrs. No notice on the shop roller shutter advising of any change in hours. I know it is difficult times but to allow people to venture out of their homes during lock down unnecessarily is just irresponsible. GP's at Ashfield Surgery believe that Lloyds are open. One chap in the same cue had gone to collect an emergency pack sanctioned by his wifes doctor which is very much needed and yet the place was closed. Better communication and engagement with the local community is required. Will switch to Pharmacy2U for none emergency prescriptions in future.

Used to be helpful but my wife who collects my prescriptions finds one employee rude and unpleasant. She rolled her eyes at my wife and turned away when she saw her recently!

My Husband and myself have used this pharmacy for many years. Staff (particularly Faizal) very kind, knowledgeable and ready with advice. Thank you all.

Be prepared to make 2 or 3 journeys to pick up a prescription and for the staff to look at you like you're putting them out by requesting one

Monday I took repeat prescription in, today (Saturday) my brother went to pick up. He was told not ready come back next week, I needed my heart medication. The pharmacist has delivered them himself on his way home. Thank you

The two women are very rude no respect to the customers it doesn't cost anything to be polite
