A very good piercing experience. The person showing me the earring was very nice, friendly and helpful, showed me everything I was interested in, and was very polite. I was explained about the post-piercing process and received written instructions. The person doing the actual piercing was very professional and seemed very comfident and competent. The equipement is sterilized and photographed prior to piercing, and the exact position of the piercing is discussed. A few more instructions were given and that was it. The whole process was a nice experience and made me feel free of any health/hygiene related issues.

Nice store collection etc but you can’t really try anything unless you purchase due to hygiene, a bummer considering the price you pay, personally prefer to try. The earring are very light not worth the price. If you estimate their value they cost 70% less than what you pay price of gold. They bend easily. Don’t recommend

I had my first ever conch piercing at Maria Tash Liberty LondonThe sales lady was very helpfull and guide me through all of my other choices that I wanted to go for.She guide me with the process of piercing and after care and went with few paper work.The ear piece was sterile for 10 min and the piercer him self was very nice and calm and he also mentioned few aftercare tips.I cant recall anyones names that a shame but I got my piercing at liberty london.Its been 2 weeks now and its going just fine.

Worst customer service! Bought a hoop with diamonds (£860) that turned black on the bridge and caused a severe infection in my year which took 3 months to heal with a scar. When I reached to a customer service I was advised to go to the shop to ‘polish it’, which turned out to be just wiping the jewellery with dry napkin (obviously didn’t work). Then the store manager Margoux Bas was trying to convince me for 20 mins that it’s my fault I got infection and nothing is wrong with the the piece, although it’s evidently all black on the part that goes to my ear. I left with nothing, not even a sorry. I’ve bought over £4000 worth of jewellery in Maria Tash shop and obviously I will never return because of the quality of products and bad customer service

I popped in as a walk in service today to get a star piercing to honour pregnancy loss and my first son. As the person most unlikely to get a piercing, Destiny and Emma Panton (piercer) were incredibly kind and gave me great advice on ear style / lifestyle with an 18 month old son. I haf a conch piercing and am absolutely THRILLED with the result! It looks beautiful and subtle and i love it. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you so much Emma and Destiny!

The first lady I interacted with was quite pleasant. She referred me to her male colleague, who was rather pushy. I said that I was really just interested in seeing some of their gold hoops and wasn't sure I would buy anything today. He kept telling me we should change my backing. I said I had to catch a flight and would do so at my piercer in Zurich. He kept pushing and because I declined made a snide remark and turned to leave. The whole experience with him felt so pretentious. I'm surprised at that level of superiority in this day and age. It is 2023 and all.

I had three piercings and bought four earrings back in October. I took good care of them and followed all the advice. A couple of weeks ago I noticed two had fallen out! I was very upset and felt they must have been loose.Luckily I managed to find one but not the white gold diamond star. I was gutted.Today I went to have the posts resized and told the manager, Dimitri what had happened and how upset I was. Of course it was only my word.He listened to me and to my surprise, he decided to replace the lost earring.I was overwhelmed and couldn’t be more grateful.Laura fitted them for me and she was sweet and helpful and very professional.This level of customer service is rare to find and it will have me coming back time and again.I can not rate the staff at Maria Tash, Liberty London high enough.Please pass on my gratitude.

FAB EXPERIENCE AT MARIA TASH IN LIBERTY.Cassie was behind the counter, she was so engaging and took time listening to the look I was after, suggesting different options and gave me lots of time to try and ask questions. Next of all the piercings by Emma were perfection, she really looked and took time to get the positioning 100% correct. Her method was so gentle, virtually pain free. Completely amazing experience from start to finish .I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant customer service!This was my first nose jewellery post-piercing and I was unsure on what sizing would be best. I was helped out by Amelia on three visits to the store, and would say it's the best customer service I've experienced. Faultless.The jewellery looks superb - and whilst the price-point may be a little above what you'd pay elsewhere, the service makes it worth every penny.I'm looking to get my ears pierced next and will be heading back here based on my experience.
