Hungry Caterpillars Day Nursery

After accepting my daughter for free session three days a week term time they changed her time to two days a week all year round which not good for us as we have two other kids in school and we plan to go away for the summer holiday and some other term holidays so we need to take my daughter out of nursery but they still get paid for those sessions. I sent them a message that we prefer three days a week and we need that but been ignored and I have no other choice.Also I paid automatically for August meals, and I asked them to transfer this payment to September meals as she will not attend the nursery in August but they refused and said I have to give one month notice. Well we told them verbally for this holiday in advance but have no evidence.So avoid them if you have another choice as they are looking for easy money not convenient service.

Amazing welcoming staff made my little boy so comfortable, always keep you updated on them via the app so that always reassures me keeps my mind at peace, also a lovely nursery tidy and have so much to do xxx

Hungry Caterpillars Northolt is a wonderful nursery! My child has been attending this nursery for over a year and she loves it. The staff are kind and attentive to all the children. They create a safe, engaging and creative environment for the children. My child is under 2 and has started to count - it’s great that they’re exposing young children to educational content already. The garden is well looked after and the children are outside several times a day. There is a lot of variety with the food and it’s very healthy. We’ve been very happy with our experience - thank you Hungry Caterpillars!

My son has recently started and he is so comfortable and I can see lots of new developments already! I love how friendly and caring all the team members are, it truly feels like extended family! I can’t wait to see how much my son continues to develop and thrive with you all!
