Supposed to be paid the day before Christmas Eve 4 hours to get through on phone to be told computers are down and I’ll be phoned back no one called so no gas no electricity no shopping over the holidays nearly a week with no money and still waiting. So I hope everyone at credit union had a very nice holiday because I haven’t. Thanks guys!!!!!!

Gotta be the worst branch ever no one ever answers the phone my local branch at Kensington closed never had a problem reaching them unfortunately that branch closed so moved me to here needless to say I will be closing my account and putting my savings into a bank account would of given 0 stars but couldn’t

Do not rely on this for xmas!!!!ive been with the union for a few years now. I applied for my Xmas loan 3 weeks ago. My due date was the 2nd December it's now the 7th and I've heard nothing. Everytime I call to chase I'm told just wait someone will call. Its ruined my Xmas. I applied for this loan like I do each year in time for the 8th december as I had plans. I've now had to cancel my Xmas plans and have had to borrow money from friends and family. Im absolutly devastated as its completely messed up my christmas

If i could give these people 1 star i would i have been with these for over 10 years i have a fair bit of savings with them i needed to borrow a small amount as both my parents have died within 6 weeks and was spoken to by the manager called gina who basically called me a liar asking for proof basically all because i was early asking for a help i cant believe how callous these people are avoid this credit union there are plenty of others

Displaying your opening times and then not answering the phone during those times is a pretty shoddy way to do business.Edit: 6 days of calling between 10 and 2 and never getting an answer!

Never answer the phone, cant access my online account, always have problems logging in. Last year I had to Email M Smithy to ask for money out of my savings into my bank account as I didn't want to get a loan, after a lecture about my shares going down yada yada they finally transferred the amount I asked for.Now again this year cant get into my account and they wont answer the phone, though website says it's open. I've been with CU for a number of years and I hardly ever have to contact them except once a year and I cant even do that. This is a JOKE
