Jim was very easy to communicate with and plan a quotation visit. He created the tiling plan in CAD and shared with us the design.He discussed with us trim options and grout options to make sure we got what we wanted.He came on time and meticulously installed the tiles, completing exactly what he promised in the time he had said.He was very sure to advise us on how to clean up the tiles over the next week after he'd finished as the grout and silicon etc fully dries.It's now been a weak, the tiles are shiny clean, and we are very happy.He transformed and got the kitchen finally complete!

Jim is a thorough workman who takes care with every aspect of the job. He gave us a detailed quote for the work we needed doing, arrived on time on the date agreed, got on with the job and left everything clean and tidy when he had finished. We would use his services again without hesitation.

This is the second job Jim has done for us as he previously tiled our bathroom which looked fantastic and he has now done another great job tiling our new kitchen. He is very professional and organised and carries out his job to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Jim if anybody needs a tiler in York.

Jim has just finished tiling our kitchen. He has done a brilliant job. His knowledge and attention to detail are first class. Jim is also a nice guy who is pleasant to chat with. Jim was punctual and tidy. Jim also consulted and helped on all aspects where choices needed to be made. All in all a good guy who does a good job.
