Blunts Shoes Stourbridge

Upon arrival staff were up and down stairs carrying boxes and sorting out stock room etc. I was supporting a client to get feet measured and new shoes. After about 10 mins a lady finally acknowledged me and because she was busy with boxes she used her one hand to signal to me to kind of hurry up and say what I wanted bearing in mind I had just started to speak. I found this incredibly rude. I informed her if she was too busy or in such a rush I can easily go away and go else where. If it was just for me I would of left but because it was for a client I was supporting I stayed. After I told her this she did in fairness calm down and was very helpful in the rest of the visit. I was informed prior to attending this place that this lady had a bit if an attitude by a work colleague. At the end of the visit she did apologise and admitted to her attitude at the start and I found it genuine.

Traditional old fashioned shoe shop. Brilliant. Mature knowledgeable helpful staff. Got shoes for 80 year old mother in law and school shoes for difficult 12 year old son. Far better than a merryhell Clarke's experience.

Lovely chap and very helpful. Also had some fab sale items on and will be definitely purchasing again although I think he took a bit to much delight in taking the mick out of my Yorkshire accent….all in all a fab service.

Got my daughters feet measured safely, a good choice of shoes. Well priced Clarkes shoes were selected by my daughter with the help of a lovely lady Great social distancing procedures. I felt very safe

We always go here for our children’s school & nursery shoes, nice quiet store - not like merry hill chaos! They sell all big brands (Clark’s & Start-rite included) and actually often have more in stock than other stores. Staff are helpful and attentive and know their trade very well. My wife and I buy our shoes from here now too!

Good range of shoes, been twice now for fitting for my toddler and they’re very welcoming and helpful.

A most helpful assistant who helped my husband find the perfect shoes. Didn't catch her name but she has only recently started working there. Will be going back to Blunts in the future

Popped in on the off chance they had some sandles in my size. And they did.Gent who served me was very polite and friendly and agreed to look in stock room and came up trumps size 6 ! Perfect

An independent retailer with a wide range of brands. Mainly ladies. Not to ever ones taste but well worth a look. Premises is a bit old but please support them as these shops are the ones we can't afford closing.
