Overall not a great experience with the company itself. Very slow to begin with, was passed around so many different solicitors at the company. Initial solicitor was away, then came back and I was told they had left the firm. They then assigned somebody else who again was temporary. Then it was somebody else and they were still good but not my permanent solicitor so just kept getting passed on. I then got Sarah, who was great. She caught up on the case itself as everything was behind and managed to sort everything and was in touch with me almost everyday and was very efficient. She was the only positive out of the whole process.

AConveyancing and our solicitor, Sarah, gave an excellent service from start to finish. Whilst the price was extremely reasonable, we decided to instruct based on a recommendation from my brother. Sarah had handled his house move a few years ago and he sang her praises. We are so very glad we instructed AConveyancing and specifically Sarah for house move. Leah and the team, without exception were supportive from the point we started our moving journey right through to the end when we were safely settled in our new home. Everything was completely smoothly and no question was too big or small they all happily answered every single one. Would highly recommend to anyone buying / selling or doing both as we did. Having not moved in 22 years it all felt very daunting but we were instantly reassured and our move was seamless very much helped by an amazing team! Thank you all!

It took us a bit of time to understand how this company operate , as you communicate with many staff during the conveyancing process and it’s not one solicitor, but everyone is looking after you, which is even better because you always get a quick response. Our sale is now completed and we would not hesitate to use them again in future and most definitely would recommend them.

We had an excellent service for our house sale and purchase from Deborah Parry and Emma Plant, plus her colleagues in the residential team.
