Kayvex Windows

Had our patio door fitted yesterday and felt I needed to leave a review as this experience was one of the best we have ever had. The price was fantastic, the salesman George was professional, efficient and not pushy at all. The surveyor was nice too, the fitters were brilliant, every appointment was precisely on time, the paperwork was emailed when they said it would be and the payments required were staged, with the final payment due once fitted and happy. The the door is perfect, it was 6 weeks from start to finish despite being quoted 12 weeks (which we were happy with). I would not hesitate to recommend Kayvex to anyone, it all seemed a bit too good to be true quite honestly. Well done Kayvex.

Very pleased with new windows and kitchen door fitted recently by Kayvex.Fitters were efficient and worked respectfully and cleanly. Will use again as easy to deal with from quote to fitting. Thanks again to all who were involved.

NO idea of customer service, no updates I had to chase. Three months to complete the install, 7 windows broken on delivery took 6 weeks to replace but had been in stock for 4 weeks. One had the wrong lead & had to be ordered again. Wrong door panel supplied. Rendering around windows took 8 weeks, cement was left on windows & ground. Wisteria pulled down & left across window, etc.I tried to withhold 5% of the cost but was bullied into paying with threats of court action.

Very disappointed. I used Kayvex previously on a personal project so wanted to use them for business purposes, but unfortunately I was let down.I made a call to the showroom for a quote, they came out the same day, a gentleman attended. A week went by and no contact, I chased with an email, a further week went by, no contact, I called the showroom and was told they would call me back.3 weeks later, no contact, I called and spoke with the chap who attended and he said would come back to me.4 weeks later, no contact. This time I called and left a voicemail as no one answered, I asked out of courtesy could they let me know if I was receiving the quote or if they did not want to quote for the work to at least have the decency to tell me as such.Again nothing. I will certainly not be recommending this company again

Excellent service from start to finish. The 3 guys that installed our French doors and windows worked exceptionally well together and where very good at not making any mess. They have obviously worked as a team for a long time.The finish was much better than imagined and the doors make so much difference to our lounge.

Fitters arrived promptly and gave good communication about what they were going to do. Let me know when they expected to finish and asked me to see if everything was OK. Have used Kayvex for many years and would definitely recommend..

Absolutely thrilled with our newly fitted windows. We wanted to add some character to the front of our bungalow and have achieved this by choosing light grey flush fitting casement windows with rectangle leaded lights…gorgeous! We were warned from the outset that there would be a 12 week lead time because business was exceptionally busy but we were happy to wait and certainly glad that we did

Brilliant product. We’re slowly working round the house and replacing windows as we go. Kayvex do an excellent job, they are friendly and professional. We have old crittall frames and they have replaced them with no damage to windowsills at all. I’m very happy and would highly recommend.

We were recommended Kayvex by a neighbour. From start to finish we received a very good service, John visited and offered very good advice on the products we required. Shelley and Tia were always available to answer any enquiries and Wayne was also very informative when carrying out the survey talking us through the fitting process and talking in detail about the products we were purchasing. We had doors and windows fitted and the fitting was carried out by Paul and Brandon. They arrived on time each day and were friendly in their approach and carried out the fitting to a high standard whilst being respectful of our home with their tidiness. We found all the members of the team friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend Kayvex to anyone having doors and windows home improvements.
