Q-Park Sovereign Square

Very impressive car parking, this has to be one of the best car parks I’ve been to. There was plenty of room to drive in and out only complaint is I paid £3 for 15 minutes parking there should be a cheaper tariff if you return within 20-30 minutes ☹️ although i could have parked for 2 or 3 hours for the same price I only needed 15 minutes

Very nice place in the city centre but the price was slightly high.

Great car parking, I pre booked the car park on line and it was straight forward, good directions to find Q Park and easy numberplate recognition entry process, car park was clean, well lit and carpark bays reasonably spacious. We had a code from our hotel that reduced the charge so was very happy using Q Park and will use it again on my next visit to Leeds.

Booked through hotel website offering 35% discount but then charged full price. Contacted q park Leeds sovereign they said cannot refund as need to put code in I did put code in pasted and copied robbers avoid

Not recommended this car parking!!!!Space between cars is unbelievably small. Basically, you can't properly get in or out.So definitely someone damaged my car. Contacted car parking, they asked all details fill forms ok done. Then they asked for insurance or police to contact them about other car registration number. When I asked them if you could see on camera what car registration number damaged my ca, they said the camera can't see any number and they not giving any video and any pictures( i didn't seen it by myself nobody show me) police contacted them they said same thing to the police. It was very disappointing and sad.Manager, as well as being very chill and no understanding, no respect for us who pays for this car parking... just pay, and if something is not car parking responsibility.Not recommend park there your car will be damage and you will stress and nervous for all stuff.Bad experience bad place bad energy bad atmosphere. Better if you find a better place to park, your car may be paid a bit more, but be sure you will drive safe and nobody will damage your car.

Small parking spaces and very busy carpark! A 5 hour stay cost £22, location is very good for travel lodge though

Pay a Premium for Poor Parking.EV charger is faulty and will not release the charger. Q Car Park staff say it is not their problem and leave me stranded on call to a 24 hour help line which does not answer the phone.Save your money, park opposite in Trinity car park which is lower priced and has an actual car park attendant overnight who will at least try to help you out.No response to phone calls, twitter, email.No helpful staff, not safe and secure.***update I have just received an email back from you to say you will be in touch within 2 days*** Wow! Glad you are on the ball - not.***updated Q Carparks have been in touch to advise EV chargers have nothing to do with them and they can't help at all. This is incorrect. If motorists cannot rely on the Q Car park then they have to park elsewhere. Q are responsible for due diligence in selecting reliable EV charging partners. Q could as a minimum help facilitate the release of the expensive charging cable.Until the reliability of the Q park EV charging can be improved I suggest parking elsewhere***

It is a bit expensive compared to other , same level car parking. You should consider a seasonal pass if you are planning to use more than 1 week!

Great car park, handy for town and clean. The staff on site are so helpful!
